Second communication sent to engineering associations across the country as a follow-up.
First positive responses. Some associations confirm that Technical Engineers, in the Industrial specialty, are no longer treated as Industrial Peritos (according to the 1924 and 1977 laws on Peritos) but are professionally recognized as Engineers, in accordance with the 1986 law.
